How we work

  • Goal and promise:

    Explain the path towards life ownership using an easy-to-understand concept and experience the impact of some grouped exercises. Explain the power and added value of life ownership for employees and employers.


    In addition to the One Day Workshop (BW-110), this BW-120 workshop will include more topics for more impact. We will measure your well-being before the workshop on Day 0 and will compare the results against the results of Day 2 of the workshop. In the BW-120, we will perform grouped exercises that help you build up a practice.


  • Development impact model and prerequisite:

    No prior knowledge needed. Just show up with an open mind.


    Following the personal development impact model of Own Your Life Journeys, this training includes the phases of desire (D), intention (I), action (A), and practice (P).

  • Topics to be discussed:

    ALL TOPICS FROM THE BW-110: ONE-DAY OWN YOUR LIFE WORKSHOP, plus

    • Measuring impact of workshop participation (before – after).
    • How to get from Action to Practice following the personal development impact model.
    • Experience grouped exercises.
    • The vagus nerve and the psoas muscles.
    • The power of journaling.
    • Who are you? Being honest to yourself.
